Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Auk account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
